Spotlight
The White Rose Cafe
The White Rose Café, formerly Kathy’s, has a new name and owner.
Please welcome Nino Rodriguez and Big Lake Family Restaurant to our
community. As of this writing the business is open but not in full swing
yet. That should occur around the first weekend in August. The hours of
operation will be expanded to 6:30 AM to 9 PM daily and Nino is working
up a varied menu that will include great breakfasts, terrific lunches
and delicious dinners.
